Start collecting reviews offline using QR Codes with no effort. We’ll show you exactly how in this post.
What are QR Codes?
These codes are easily scannable via phones and can be set up to redirect your customers to your business’ review platforms in just a few seconds. This is one of the best ways for your business to collect reviews offline quickly and easily!
Just set up your code, print it out as a review collecting card and place it in your place of business.
After a customer have made a successful in-store purchase or had a service done by your business, they can scan the code with their phones and have them directed to leave you a review of their experience. No more lost reviews!
How to collect reviews with QR Codes
To start setting up your own code, after logging in go to the Get reviews > QR code menu and click ‘Add’. Set a name for your code and the URL it should direct to. This can be anything from your review platforms to your business’ webpage, menu, current offers, etc.
After saving, you’re immediately able to access your code. You can make any changes to your code here, or save it right away in the format that best suits you – PNG, PDF, etc. For online usage choose the formats under QR Code, for offline usage choose the ones under Card.
Print out your unique code and place it in your business locations wherever your customers can see it best for example near entrances/exits, cash registers, etc. After a successful purchase has been made, ask satisfied customers to scan the QR code with their phone and write their opinions about your store after automatic redirection.
