What are QR Codes?

How to collect reviews with QR Codes
Step 1
To start setting up your own code, after logging in go to the Get reviews > QR code menu and click ‘Add’. Set a name for your code and the URL it should direct to. This can be anything from your review platforms to your business’ webpage, menu, current offers, etc.
Step 2
After saving, you’re immediately able to access your code. You can make any changes to your code here, or save it right away in the format that best suits you – PNG, PDF, etc. For online usage choose the formats under QR Code, for offline usage choose the ones under Card.
Step 3
Print out your unique code and place it in your business locations wherever your customers can see it best for example near entrances/exits, cash registers, etc. After a successful purchase has been made, ask satisfied customers to scan the QR code with their phone and write their opinions about your store after automatic redirection.

Statistics
Your saved items will be listed in the same menu (Get Reviews > QR Code). By clicking on ‘View’, you’ll access statistics underneath the settings. This is where important data is displayed about your code such as View per Month, Views per Day and Views per Hour.
