Amazing pet transfer service. When I first called Pets by Plane and spoke with Freddie, I could already tell how friendly and helpful they were going to be. I ended up booking my cat Geoff with them to fly from London to Toronto, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way through a WhatsApp group, which really helped ease my worries and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Everyone was incredibly friendly, responsive, and reassuring, I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. Geoff and I both want to thank Freddie, Emily, and Ellen for everything!

Outstanding service and support The service was outstanding from start to finish! The team, especially Emily, stayed in regular contact with us and went above and beyond to manage every detail—even when the airline cancelled flights, they worked tirelessly to avoid any disruption. The pricing was also very competitive, which was a bonus. We loved receiving updates and photos during the journey. Ralph arrived safely at our new home in South Africa, clearly happy and excited to reunite with us. Highly recommended!

From start to finish the process was incredibly smooth, quick, and well organised. Moving a pet internationally can be quite stressful, but the team made the entire journey feel much easier thanks to their constant communication and support. One of the highlights for us was receiving regular photo and video updates along the way. It was so reassuring to see how well our pet was being cared for during the journey. They even captured a video of the moment we were reunited, which is something we will always treasure. A special thank you to Freddie, Ellen, and Emily who were all absolutely amazing throughout the process. We have recently moved back to South Africa from the UK and brought our 2 dachshunds with. For anyone looking at relocating their dogs I can’t recommend PetsByPlane highly enough! Our agent Emily was absolutely fantastic and walked us through each step of the process, she was always on speed dial. During the journey home we were kept updated at all times and our dogs arrived very settled and happy which was all I could’ve hoped for as they are an anxious pair. Also their prices were noticeably different and more inclusive than all the other relocation companies, and I got quotes from many.

Pet travel to Australia When we first started to look into Moving our 2 cats from the UK to Australia it felt very overwhelming and very scary! We got a few quotes from various pet transportation companies but Pets by Plane were by far the most competitive! From the beginning, Freddie at Pets by Plane was incredibly knowledgeable on International pet relocation, particularly as new rules had just come in around Australian quarantine being reduced to 10 days if a specific process was followed. The process involved a lot of complex requirements—vaccinations, paperwork, quarantine regulations which Freddie guided us through to ensure nothing was missed. Every question we had (and we had a lot!) was answered thoroughly. Unfortunately due to the conflict in the Middle East the cats original flight was cancelled, Freddie was able to give advice to ensure we were still able to get them to Australia safely, changing route of travel and advising of the new details and keeping us upto date on the changing situation. Our 2 cats are now safely in Australia with us. Freddie and the Pets by Plane team made it feel manageable and well-organised. We’d highly recommend them to anyone planning a similar move for there animals 😊

Excellent service by PbP Emily and the team have been fantastic… Emily explained everything in detail and easy to understand and answered or clarified anything we didn’t understand! It was super daunting and confusing thinking of doing this but using this service I still feel like I’m missing the complex bit as we have our dog now with us - it was much easier using PBP… also other companies made this over complex to fathom, but the way it was laid out by Freddie from the start was WAY easier! I also think other companies make it complicated and hard work where as PBY made it easy, relaxing and unnerving! Thank you x

A first class service for my cats! Emily and the team at Pets By Plane were highly recommended by friends who used them last year to transport their cat to Spain. From the moment I contacted Emily, she was friendly and reassuring about the process, legal requirements and what to expect for our three cats during their journey to Spain. When I had the change the pick up point, Emily was very accommodating and also arranged onward delivery of our cats from the airport to our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She answered all my questions quickly and confidently, putting my mind at rest that this was the quickest and least traumatic way to bring our cats to Spain. Every step of their journey was documented through a WhatsApp group, giving me total peace of mind about their wellbeing and happiness as they were brought to me. Photos and video updates from their drivers and the cattery in Spain were so welcomed and helped to reduce our stress as owners too. Our three cats have all now settled happily and quickly into our new home and seem totally unfazed by their journey. I would highly recommend Emily and the Pets By Plane team to anyone thinking of transporting their pets anywhere in the world. You won’t regret it and neither will your pets!
