Outstanding pet relocation service We used Pets by Plane to transport our dog from the UK to Australia, and the experience was exceptional. Freddie and the team were incredibly helpful, especially given the complex process of importing pets into Australia. During the final weeks, my elderly parents had to manage the arrangements, and the team’s clear and patient communication made it so much easier for them. Their professionalism and care were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone worried about relocating their pet!
