Outstanding Service Moving Our Pet from London to South Africa We had an excellent experience relocating our pet from London to South Africa. From start to finish the process was incredibly smooth, quick, and well organised. Moving a pet internationally can be quite stressful, but the team made the entire journey feel much easier thanks to their constant communication and support. One of the highlights for us was receiving regular photo and video updates along the way. It was so reassuring to see how well our pet was being cared for during the journey. They even captured a video of the moment we were reunited, which is something we will always treasure. A special thank you to Freddie, Ellen, and Emily who were all absolutely amazing throughout the process. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
