My boiler was playing up, their engineer was with me the same morning, they located the issue for me and advised me to get the work done under the warranty, saving me money. It was nice to have someone local who is honest and does the best for their client.

Found experience with Just Gas to be excellent, boiler replacement carried out with pleasant professional engineers, when beyond the normal and managed to complete the job in a day, even with some GAs supply issues. and really good back office commination, I would not hesitate to recommend Just Gas to anyone they are a caring local company.

Fab gas boiler service company Wonderful team at Just Gas from team members on the phone making appointments and the Engineers too. Appointment booking made easy, getting the date and time to suit me. Lovely engineer today who explained everything I needed to know and kept the room where the boiler is nice and clean and tidy! It's great to have the monthly payment plan instead of having to find the fee in one lump sum, great idea. The service record sent by email within a couple of hours. Lovely text sent by the boss shortly after. All set for the winter, see you next year! Will highly recommend you.

Just Gas have been our ‘go to’ engineers for many years. Always so friendly and efficient. Boiler stopped working so Graham came had to get a part for boiler but still not working so he called Veissman and their engineer was here at 9 am next morning. Excellent service once again. Great Service, Great Team Members, particularly Steve Steve, is always a friendly and professional guy when he visits. Efficient and effective at his job, always sparks up a convo while undertaking the job and makes the whole process easy and expedient! Great guy, Great and reliable company. Always get a lovely call before by them just to check someone will be there and given a rough time slot AM / PM. Used for years in boiler servicing and keep coming back for their well... 'services', so that's gotta say something about Just Gas IMO :) Recommended for sure

Quick and competent They responded to an urgent request to connect a new stove. They were able to attend after only 3 days. They arrived on time, were polite and friendly. They did a very neat and competent job.

Updated 2026: highly recommend the team at Just Gas, we have continued to use them for our boiler service (and gas fire), great communication from Martin and his engineers and they are a pleasure to deal with. 2025: We bought our house earlier this year and found that Just Gas actually fitted the new boiler a couple of years ago, so they were our first call for its annual service. Very glad we did - the whole team have been super helpful and professional from the first call to book our boiler’s annual service to the engineer’s visit. He’ll be back to service the gas fire next month!
