I am so grateful for Matt Grange’s company. I had a gas leak and had no idea what to do so I rang Matt and Maria was so helpful. She arranged to send an engineer asap and Chris arrived and sorted mt problem! I am so grateful and will always recommend Matt Grange’s company to everyone.
Helpful, friendly + professional service
Extremely helpful, patient, friendly and respectful service engineer. He spent over 3 hours trying to service our very old boiler and had to disconnect our LPG system. He explained everything and even went sourced some caps for the cannisters. Nothing was too much trouble. Though I know nearly nothing about boilers he respectfully explained everything. Thank you.
Excellent Company
l would recommend Matt to anybody. Such a reliable company. When my old boiler broke I looked on all plumbing sites online, many companies looked ok but Matt Grange stood out above the rest. They explained what type of new boiler would be best for me, telling me exactly what it would cost ( bettering others), My new boiler was installed in 2019, 7 years later they service my boiler and gas fire on the same day. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Enough said there are so many pages on trustpilot which give Matt Grange glowing reviews don’t just take my word you just have to read them.

Wonderful job by Matt, Maria and team in the removal of existing boiler from the loft, to a new boiler installed in the garage.
I really needed someone who could go to the house and assess what was possible as my parent is not of an age to take pictures for an online assessment.
I phoned and Maria was excellent and understood the circumstances and the assessment was carried out the next day, and the work carried out to an excellent standard over 2 days ( in just over a few weeks).
I would really recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.
Professional and Friendly.
I can’t fault this company. The communication with the office to organising a date to carry out the works was all handled very professionally. When the guys turned up to carry out the replacement of my oil boilers circulation pump it was all handled without any issues. The new heating pump was fitted and tested without any fuss. The guys were very friendly and left the work area clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company and I will be using them in the future for any work I need doing associated with my heating system.
