Need a Hive use Matt Grange!
I recently needed a new digital thermostat installed after my current model was discontinued and had broken. After investigating a HIVE system I found Matt Grange and impressed with the service from start to finish. They were the quickest company to respond and made sure the system was right for our needs. Got us booked in as early as possible and came on time and installed the system along with advice and help with the app. Professional, trustworthy and highly recommend!

Ceri the engineer was polite, very efficient and explained what was involved. Needed a new part which he went out of his way to collect so the job could be finished that day. Would say he went above and beyond.

I recently had my gas boiler serviced and was extremely impressed with the quality of work. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. They carried out a thorough inspection, cleaned all necessary parts, and checked that everything was running safely and efficiently.

The office staff were polite and efficient, keeping us informed about dates and costs. The initial survey was carried out quickly and alternative solutions explained. A quote was provided within a day. Jason and Lawrence who carried out the work were professional, efficient and polite. They did the job with minimum disruption to us, and it was a major job, not just a boiler swap. They cleaned up after the work and explained things clearly. Pleasant and friendly.

I can’t praise Matt Granger highly enough. All the staff from admin, initial survey to boiler fitter are efficient, friendly and polite. My 20year old boiler broke down, my local plumber didn’t respond to my calls, I was then having trouble getting it fixed or replaced with another company. In step Matt Grange which organised everything in a week and I now have a new, working boiler before the snow started today.

Most of all a nice man , who communicated on any issues found during the service process and his own actions to repair.
