Very. Poor service and response never use this service and dangerous work as. They don't now how to use there tools as Jonathan spat his drill out and smashed a window 10 metres away from where he was working incompetent don't worry health and safety are on his. Case

Wayne is not a customer of ours, he is a glazier we hired and are paying to repair a window we accidentally damaged during a job. We took responsibility the same day.

As a construction business, we are legally required by HMRC’s Construction Industry Scheme to verify any subcontractor before paying them. Wayne declined to provide the details needed, so by law we must deduct 30% and pay it to HMRC in his name, where he can reclaim it in full through his own tax return. He has been offered full payment, repeatedly and in writing, since day one: 100% on verification, or the lawful deducted amount immediately. Payment has been made in line with those rules.

This review was emailed to us in draft form beforehand alongside a demand for payment outside HMRC’s rules, and has been reported to Google on that basis. We’re proud of our 20+ years of service and our reviews from genuine customers speak for themselves.

Have just had Plumbgas undertake a central heating upgrade carried out by Ryan. Spot on work carried out in a professional yet friendly manner. My house was left clean and tidy with clear instructions on how to manage the new system.

The engineer from Plumbgas did a professional job of servicing the two boilers and checking the gas cooker, taking slightly less time than estimated. The invoices and gas safety certificates were sent out the same day.

I found Plumbgas Services via Heat Geek, as I wanted some knowledgeable independent advice about optimising an air source heat pump installation at my house. From my initial contact to the visit itself, everyone at Plumbgas was professional and courteous in all of their interactions. The engineer who came to assess my installation, Jon, was very thorough and clearly understood the technology incredibly well. The feedback that he provided was exactly the kind of objective review that I was hoping to receive, and I now feel much better informed about how my system is working and what could be done to make it even more efficient. Without a doubt, I would definitely use Plumbgas again.
