Wayne responded to our SOS call and came and resolved an urgent heating problem we had, which also led him to deal with a gas leak we had identified whilst waiting for him to arrive. As always he was on time, the work completed to a high standard and all at a very reasonable price.

Wayne and Sam were so friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again. He also informed me about the new legislation about Nest heating control which I was unaware about. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. My radiators were checked too. I was informed via text that Wayne was on his way. Everything was perfect.
We hired Wayne for our annual boiler and hot water tank service, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He patiently answered all my questions, detailing what the servicing involves, why it’s important, and how the process works — it was very informative.
Wayne also went above and beyond by bleeding all our radiators, something no other plumber has ever done before. I didn’t even realize it was part of the servicing! His attention to detail and thoroughness really stood out.
