Fast response and a great job done. I've used XBG before for my boiler servicing. This time I had a problem with the WC flush. Got an appointment very quickly. Arrived on time as promised. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Solved the problem and re-fitted a front panel properly. Very pleased with the work done.

Highly recommended plumbers We have used XBG since we moved here, 9 years ago. They service our Boiler regularly and have recently fitted a new kitchen tap for me, its nice to have Joel as my regular plumber. Keep up the good work Joel / XBG. Would highly recommend them.

Bath out Shower in We are used to excellence from XBG in previous jobs they have done for us, and this latest one was no exception. The workmanship was of the highest standard and we could not be more pleased with our new walk-in shower. We thought the final bill was very reasonable too.

A Plumber who won't let you down XBG Plumbing & Heating This company have proved to be so punctual, pleasant and efficient to deal with; that I will look no further for Plumbing help as and when the need arises! They answered all my questions in a way I could understand and their invoice seemed quite fair, not unduly inflated.... So much so that I intend to look no further for any further future plumbing needs........ From start to finish a good experience.

XBG Plumbing Spoke on phone Monday and explained no hot water , Mark came Tuesday, identified problem, ordered new part, fitted Wednesday. All up and running again. Always prompt, efficient and friendly service ( as usual)

Polite hardworking highly skilled team xbg have just installed 2 radiators for us. The whole process from our initial enquiry, through the site survey, provision of an estimate & completion of work has been straightforward and swift. Everyone involved, including the office team have been so helpful, polite & professional. We are really pleased with the work done. The installers worked hard & cleared up well. We felt confident booking them & will use them again!

Very poliet and excellent at problem solving..keeping informed about issues that arise. Excellant knowledge of Gas boiler etc. Found a fault on boiler and came back same day to replace part. Very tidy. Would reccomend this Company 100%

Fitting new in vented cistern Received five quotes some through check a trade. quotes were generally on the high side and overstated time required. XBG as our regular boiler service submitted quote that was broadly £750 less than comparable quotes and stated only one day required rather than 2-3. Their work was completed efficiently, on time and to budget. 13/05/2026. Thank you to Liam and Kai.
