The outstanding service offerered XPG plumbing are way above the usual standard I’ve come to expect of local tradesmen. They attended a bit later than we agreed and it clashed with a house viewing. Tom was exceptionally patient and helpful and offered to sit outside until I was ready and my potential house buyers had left. He came in for a few minutes and checked out what needed doing and said he would go and fetch a part while he waited. He was straight on to the job when he got back. He left the place clean and tidy. In this day and age this was exceptional service and I will certainly pass on their name.

XBG can't be beaten ... FACT I had a boiler service booked for the coming Friday, then my boiler broke down the Tuesday before. I called them up, explained the problem, I had an engineer on-site within 5 hours. He assessed the problem, then sourced the parts (not easy for an old boiler) in time to fit them on the same visit as the already booked service 3 days later. Amazing service.

An excellent job completed We had a powerflush carried out for our central heating system yesterday (20-8-26) The work was carried out by a lovely, friendly and polite gentleman. He explained everything he was doing and was very respectful of our property. He arrived on time and ensured all areas where he was working were covered in sheets to avoid any mess. An excellent job completed as we always get when using XBG. We wouldn't use anywhere else.

Excellent Value & Service I came back to XBG after having a couple of other plumbing & heating engineers to give my gas boiler it's annual service. The difference is glaring. A phone that is answered by a pleasant & efficient administrator, an engineer who kept me informed of his likely arrival time & carried out a thorough service with a proper test report/certificate on completion. Fast response and a great job done. I've used XBG before for my boiler servicing. This time I had a problem with the WC flush. Got an appointment very quickly. Arrived on time as promised. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Solved the problem and re-fitted a front panel properly. Very pleased with the work done.

The Pleasant Plumbers............ I would highly recommend XBG Plumbing - Prompt, efficient and consumer friendly They are a pleasure to do business with........ I won't use up all the remaining characters - why guild the lily? . As an extra bonus their invoices are reasonable (not heart attack material!)
