Fijne service en goede communicatie
We hebben een MCZ Tecla besteld en waren in eerste instantie wat zenuwachtig om rechtstreeks uit Italië te laten komen, in plaats van bij een lokale leverancier. Het contact met Ronni was echter erg prettig, en we werden keurig op de hoogte gehouden over de voortgang van onze bestelling. Alles is netjes afgehandeld.

Erg tevreden vanaf bestelling van onze pellet kachel tot aan levering ervan in Nederland. Goede en duidelijke communicatie. De handleiding was ook in het NL ! De kachel was (zelfs inclusief de redelijke verzendkosten) aanzienlijk voordeliger dan in Nederland. Dit bedrijf beveel ik aan!

Basti pensare che per una ristrutturazione abbastanza complicata, avevo delle idee ben precise, invece confrontandomi con loro, ho cambiato punto di vista e seguito il loro punto di vista, cambiando modello e idea di installazione, risparmiando,non rinunciando a qualità e soprattutto con risultati tecnici estetici per la mia esigenza nettamente superiori.

Depuis la France achat d’un poêle à pellets MCZ Cute chez ce revendeur officiel qui s'est révélé être sérieux, disponible et professionnel !
Expédition avec poêle bien arrimé sur la palette et protection tout autour en polystyrène pour éviter les dégâts causés par les transporteurs.
Et que dire de Ronni, notre contact, toujours disponible, excellent dans la préparation et les renseignements et surtout le suivi et s.a.v.

Wij hebben hier een MCZ Cute 8 pelletkachel gekocht. De kachel was zeer goed verpakt en de communicatie met het bedrijf was direct en duidelijk. Ze hebben gezorgd voor een snelle levering naar Nederland. Dankzij de goede verpakking konden we de kachel snel en probleemloos monteren. Absoluut een aanrader!

We ordered the MCZ Thea Hydro Stove after some good information from Ronni. The order proces and also the shipping went very well and delivered within 3wks. Stove is installed and runs perfectly. I you want to order in the EU this is te company you need to be. Professional and technical help, shipping, warranty and price 5stars. Will definitely order again.

We ordered a pellet stove and are very satisfied with the service. Quick response and good answers to all our questions. The stove itself was protected as good as possible at transport to the Netherlands and on a pallet because of the weight. We now still have to install it in our house, but we know that, when we have any questions, we can ask Grim Network (Mr. Ronni) for help in WhatsApp.

We did buy a stove here years ago and got a severe issue. (mainboard failure). Compliments to Ronni at Grim Network to patiently solve the issue which took quite some effort to solve.
This was old fashioned good customer service, even after years. Thanks!

Raro trovare oggigiorno persone così attente al cliente, sotto tutti i punti di vista. In special modo nel post vendita. Un esempio da seguire, nella giungla del commercio online.

ACQUISTO CAMINO MCZ
Dopo aver visitato numerosi negozi fisici in Piemonte ed aver scelto un camino MCZ congruo alle mie necessità, per mera curiosità, ho effettuato una ricerca su internet e, fortunatamente, ho avuto modo di conoscere l'azienda GRIM network. Che dire ... oltre ad aver risparmiato ben 700 Euro, su un medesimo prodotto, ho conosciuto persone serie, comunicative e simpatiche che non hanno esitato, soprattutto post vendita, ad ausiliarmi per risolvere un problema pratico di installazione. Venditore consigliatissimo. AAA+

I cannot recommend the service enough. I had to buy an expensive pellet burner and send it across to Greece from Italy - at every step of the way Ronni was there answering emails immediately, keeping me updated, reassuringly present and always ready to help. I decided to purchase a Cadel Spin Plus 9 Kw pellet burner after speaking with Ronnie who explained the various options. The burner was delivered quickly and brought into the house. It was well packaged and secure. Because I did not use my local dealer for purchase they were unwilling to install it so it has taken a while to be able to review the product. It is now installed and heats two rooms. It is working perfectly & I use it in eco mode which is very efficient. It is operates quietly and keeps the rooms at a constant temperature. Thank you Ronni and all the team for your advice, patience and assistance. A fantastic experience and an exceptional product.
