We had an excellent experience with Dubai Mobility. Hasan was our point of contact, and he handled everything very professionally from start to finish. He arranged a proper demo of the mobility chair and explained the features clearly, patiently, and in a very practical way.
The demo was very useful because we could properly see how the chair works, how it moves, how comfortable it is, and how suitable it would be for real-life use. Hasan did not rush the process. He answered our questions properly and made sure we understood the product before taking any decision.
The chair looked sturdy, practical, and comfortable. The overall demonstration gave us confidence because it was much better than just looking at pictures or reading specifications online.
What stood out most was the professionalism and helpful attitude. Hasan was polite, knowledgeable, and very cooperative throughout the interaction. The communication was clear, and the entire process felt smooth and well-managed.

Disappointing service. The rental must be returned to the exact same location where you picked it up, which might sound simple until you realize how huge Dubai Mall is.
If you are on the other side of the mall, you may need to walk 15–20 minutes or more, and that’s even harder when you are with a 3-year-old child.
A bit of flexibility or multiple drop-off points would make this service far more practical.

Excellent service
What service the team went out of there way to help. Our flights were changed 5 times and whenever we contacted it was no problem one more day. The wheelchair was delivered to our hotel and will be collected when we leave thanks you took one pressure of during a very strange week(rockets and drones) thank you.
