Disappointing service. The rental must be returned to the exact same location where you picked it up, which might sound simple until you realize how huge Dubai Mall is. If you are on the other side of the mall, you may need to walk 15–20 minutes or more, and that’s even harder when you are with a 3-year-old child. A bit of flexibility or multiple drop-off points would make this service far more practical.

Excellent service What service the team went out of there way to help. Our flights were changed 5 times and whenever we contacted it was no problem one more day. The wheelchair was delivered to our hotel and will be collected when we leave thanks you took one pressure of during a very strange week(rockets and drones) thank you.
