I had an excellent experience with my CPR instructor Rob at the Tampa Bush Gardens area class. The class was well-organized, informative, and engaging from start to finish. The instructor explained each concept clearly, demonstrated skills thoroughly, and made sure every student felt confident performing CPR and using the AED correctly. What stood out most was his patience and encouragement. He took the time to answer questions, provided real-life scenarios, and ensured everyone understood both the “how” and the “why” behind each step. The hands-on practice was especially helpful and made the material easy to remember. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone for CPR certification—whether you’re in healthcare, a student, or someone wanting to be prepared in an emergency. Instructor Rob is knowledgeable, professional, and a supportive instructor!

Rob was very personable, making the content really feel applicable to real situations even when they are high-stress. He did a great job of connecting with each person in our class, and did a great job of transitioning his lesson after we had less time than he was expecting. I feel far more prepared for CPR situations than I did before this class!
