Very disappointing experience. The staff asked me to open Google on my phone, and when I did, she took my phone and gave a 5-star review herself without asking. This is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. Patient reviews should be honest and voluntary, not forced or manipulated. Such conduct creates mistrust and reflects poorly on the clinic. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures this does not happen to other patients. 👎
