Be careful when booking this surveyor. I got 2 of my invetment houses surveyed recently. The surveyor does not have any respect for property. On the first survey, as per photos, they marked the stones without permission and they cannot be removed. (1)Surveyor entered rooms without permission. On the second job, and will not wait for you. (2) they will just leave and for an incomplete job they will ask another 550+GST just to come back and do a complete job. Do not believe the surveyor. and be careful with the sales team. (3) They will hard sell their service. My architect had to interpolate the other measurements. (4)Noticed also some measurements are inaccurate. I looked back at an older survey and the older one is correct as per Architect. (5) They will also give you DWG Files only - no Revit. I suggest go to another one. I did for my 3rd project and service was way better.
I first started working with C&A Surveyors after my long term surveyor retired. I was so nervous to start building such an important relationship from scratch (an accurate survey is the very foundation of any architectural project!), but C&A have been an absolute dream. We engaged C&A Surveyors to prepare a Plan of Delimitation to convert our property from Limited Title to full Torrens Title, not a straightforward process. Throughout the process, the team worked in the background, advocated directly with NSW LRS on our behalf, and provided clear written explanations patiently. There were moments where the process felt slow, but the work was progressing behind the scenes and the outcome speaks for itself. Great experience working with the team! The survey plan was very detailed, and I really liked that they included site photos in the package — super helpful for reference. They were also quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!
