We used London & Kent Surveyors to conduct our recent Level 2 Homebuyer Report. From the beginning, the communication was great. We had access to a portal with messaging and were in contact with the team prior to the inspection. Once the inspection had taken place, we were kept updated on timelines and received the report within the agreed timeframe. The report itself was detailed, with photos and clear notes throughout. As many people know, these reports can often feel confusing and daunting to read through. What really stood out for us was our surveyor, Kieran Braddick, and the follow-up call he arranged to run through the report. The call was extremely useful. Kieran took the time to answer our questions, explain what everything meant in simple terms, and talk us through the next steps. It was incredibly helpful and made the whole process feel far less overwhelming. Kieran also offered ongoing support for any further questions or guidance we may need, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend London & Kent Surveyors.

Great service and I would highly recommend. Offered a very competitive price, and accommodated a date change to fit this in alongside an architect's survey which I was also carrying out on the property. They provided a very detailed level 3 survey with a 30 mins follow up call with Samuel the surveyor to clarify any questions that I had.

The report was detailed and Samuel had gone through his report particularly areas for watching out on the call with us, we had some follow ups with the seller and Sam was able to provide additional confirmation and responses. Had a Level 3 survey done and were very satisfied as FTBs. Lots of detail and photos in the report but the conversation we were able to have afterwards with the surveyor was invaulable.
