Smart Drainz were the third company that I invited to quote and the only one to propose replacement of an internal/external drain. All others proposed a liner to fix the leak. Not only did they do an excellent job but they also went beyond the call of duty and fixed a blockage further downstream in thesewer system. I highly recommend Smart Drainz as a company you can trust to do the work.

Initially called in to unblock my drain but quickly discovered tree root invasion using a camera. Got a quote and Ben came back to reline my drain. Work was carried out really effectively with minimum of fuss and also raised a drain cover that was hidden underneath my driveway. Really pleased with the quote and the work and would highly recommend.

We required significant maintenance work for several rural houses sharing drain pipes, a surface water chamber, pumps and a sewage treatment plant which had been neglected for over a decade by previous owners. On contacting Smart Drainz we received an immediate reply and an inspection was arranged for several days later. They looked at the whole system in detail and identified the relevant issues. Other companies we contacted for quotes did not make a full inspection (some didn't even visit) and quoted for new pumps only. Not only was this not the main problem, but Smart Drainz reconditioned them anyway, reducing this cost to us. They even bought the work forward when it became an emergency...quickly and without fuss. I could go on but will finish with a special mention to Hester in the office who is an absolute star. We will be signing ongoing maintenance contracts shortly. Highly recommended.

I contacted Gavin this month as I had a blocked drain. Jack attended the next day and cleared the blockage, thank you so much. Unknown what caused it and the lining was still effective. We have had great support from Hester and the team, to get an inspection and quote sorted out with a septic system which supports several houses. Hester has gone above and beyond, provide information to explain to the residents what the job involves. Ben is very knowledgeable and gives me confidence that the job will done correctly.

Issue in back garden with awful smell and overflow from a drain! Called in the afternoon one day and they were there by midday the next. From the initial t/c and throughout the job, Gavin and his team of engineers on site (Jack & Josh) communicated at every step making it clear what they needed to do, costs etc. Turned out to be a bigger issue with pipes underground that were the responsibility of Wessex Water to come and sort. Due to this, they did not charge for their call out and time. 11 out of 10 for customer service and a job well done - thank you :)

We had a blocked drain in our conservatory that was flooding the floor, and Smart Drainz were brilliant from start to finish. They came out quickly, found the cause of the problem, and explained everything clearly. The team worked really hard to clear the blockage, remove roots from the pipes, and reline the drains so everything’s now working perfectly. They were professional, tidy, and kept us updated every step of the way. It’s great to know the work is guaranteed for ten years too. Great service from Chris at Smart Drainz. Called about a drain pipe that wasn't draining properly and they sent someone round same day. Chris managed to get it partially clear and also identify the root of the problem - literal roots blocking the bend. Took time to explain and discuss best course of action going forward. Would definitely recommend

They worked really hard and talked me through the problem and the solution at every stage. I could see the issues for myself with their impressive camera equipment.
