Incredibly helpful! Email responses couldn't be any faster and straight to answering any questions I have. The Surveyor who came out to value our property for our HTB repayment process was super informative and friendly and had everything he needed within a quick period of time. Reports came through rapidly as well. Honestly cannot fault and highly recommend to anyone needing a survey!

Great service and helped us with a quick RICS shared ownership valuation for selling our house. When we needed a new desktop valuation quickly with days to spare before our house move, they again replied very quickly making it easier for us to keep on track with our completion date.

Very happy with the service we received from Winfields Chartered Surveyors recently (March 2023). We found them through the RICS website and engaged them to do a Level 3 Homebuyers Report on a property we were buying. They were very responsive, professional, easy to deal with and the report we received contained an excellent level of detail, much more than we were expecting. The overhead photos from the drone were especially helpful. We would highly recommend Gil and Donna.

Really happy. Gill did an excellent job with our survey. He was clear about what was happening, in-depth with the survey and talked us through the results giving his values opinion/explanations throughout. This allowed us to make an informed decision about the property we were purchasing. Winfields can’t however do anything about the idiocy of the seller… Would absolutely recommend and we would use again as our first choice.

From start to finish Gil and his team from Winfields were quick to respond to our initial enquiry. We were looking for a quick but detailed service (level 3 survey) and that is exactly what was delivered. It was especially nice when Gil phoned to give us a quick update on his findings following the home survey. Gil also sent us over 300 photos and drone footage to look through, ahead of the report which highlighted areas we did not think about. We would definitely recommend Gil's services.
