I gave Insurance Claim Solutions a call for some guidance after a small fire in our house. I was a bit lost dealing with the insurance company myself and John came out to talk through our options. He took over the claim and negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with. The whole process from the first phone call to the agreed settlement was made very easy and John was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We couldn’t recommend Insurance Claim Solutions highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our situation turned out to be extremely complex and technical, and having Trevor involved made a remarkable difference. At one point, it even seemed as though our claim might be invalid, yet Trevor continued to take our calls, answer our questions and offer guidance. Throughout the process, his professionalism, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail were evident and reassuring for us. Highly recommend Trevor !!! I had a fire at my property in Ashbourne last year and Trevor handled all the insurance negotiations on my behalf highly professionally and ensured that my claim was dealt without issues. I can't recommend him enough I felt at ease from the moment we spoke first on the phone and he kept me updated along the way. With me living outside the country I was comfortable leaving it to Trevor and my claim was processed without issues .

Following a flood in my mother's house, we contacted John Holland from Insurance Claim Solutions to help us to assess the damage and to deal with the claim. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with . He responded very promptly to my call and outlined the process which would need to be followed in a very patient , clear way. No question was too much trouble. He was very generous with his time and expertise - he did a very thorough survey and kept us fully informed about the work which needed to be done to repair the damage. The entire process from the initial phone call to the arrival of the settlement cheque was smooth and hassle free . I cannot recommend John highly enough. I recently had an issue with a defective central heating fitting which caused a significant leak in my ceilings. John from Insurance Claim Solutions was a huge help in getting my claim resolved and paid out. I could not more highly recommend John and his team at Insurance Claim Solutions. We had a flood in our house while away. We didn't know where to start. We googled assessors and they popped up. I called and got straight through to the owner. From that point on, they were nothing short of amazing to deal with. They visited a number of times and held our hand through the entire process. Having someone that understands what to expect, what we could do in terms of remedial works and how and when to engage was priceless. In fact, they did all the communication and just kept us in copy. Throughout the whole process they were responsive, caring, professional and knowledgable. They know what they're doing.
