Really professional guys! Had the time to talk to me about the roof and left me with much more knowledge on roofing by the time they left. Kept me updated with photographs while carrying out the work. Even did more for me the original work that was agreed!

We hired Your Space after being left with a terrible quality job by another firm. They came to do a full roof inspection, which was extremely comprehensive and professional with all the paperwork provided to move forward with our case against the previous firm. In addition, they have been very generous with their time and even coming at night after other jobs.

Fake reviewers demanding money to remove bad reviews

Andrew Hart 2026.09.12

After discovering water coming through our ceiling following heavy storms, I contacted Jake and was immediately impressed and put at ease by his knowledge and his genuine, non‑pushy approach. He was already highly recommended after completing work for my parents. Within just a couple of days, Jake and his team were at our home with scaffolding up and ready to get started. Although the weather made things challenging, they persevered. Jake explained and kept me updated on every stage of fitting our half roof. His support didn’t end there, he also advised us on our flat garage roof and fixed a few leaks free of charge. Its a testament to his character and business ethic to not make a simple fix into a big deal. It’s clear Jake has a real passion for his work and holds both himself and his team to exceptionally high standards. We’re extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Your Space Innovations again for future projects. A big thanks to the team also. All good lads, very polite, and no doubt a credit to the company.

They came around at a time and day that suited me and explained what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. Their work was efficient and they pointed out other faults that needed to be fixed and they sorted them for me on the day. They gave me Future advice on potential future work that could be done. They were quick, tidied up after themselves and very knowledgeable. There was no messing around, they done the jobs and done them properly and promptly. Thankyou again lads.

can’t thank jake enough for his help. had a serious leak due to the bad weather. gave them a call, he asked for photos of the issue. he then drove out immediately within 15 minutes. came in and found the problem straight away. he explained why the leak was happening and what was needed. booked them for the next day. they came promptly and fixed issue. the work was done very professionally, jake wouldn’t leave until everything was clean and tidy at a professional standard. customer service was spot on, no problems with communication at all, he explained everything along the way showing me pictures of his work and all. definitely recommended. clearly tell he’s someone who’s very passionate about his work and customers. cheers lads.

Happy with the job done today. The end of the gutter was loose so needed to be secured and also got a gutter clean. Paid a minimum call out charge as it was a quick job. I know who to call for the next job I have planned.

Spoke to the very knowledgeable Jake, at Your Space Innovations for some advice on my roof and was really impressed. Rather than trying to sell me a new roof he gave honest knowledgeable advice and explained that based on what they had seen from photos I'd sent it wasn't worth replacing unless it actually started causing problems. It's so refreshing to find a company more interested in doing the right thing than making a quick sale and taking advantage. I really appreciated Jake's honesty and would definitely recommend them based on my experience!

Called Jake for a quote fixing condensation issues in the loft and leaks in the conservatory. Came out to provide a detailed report and quote, has gone above and beyond to outline all areas of concern backing everything up with pictures. Removing feelings of concern of being scammed and giving real transparency. Trusted and professional service, highly recommend.

I had Jake and Kyle round my home over the weekend to jet wash and sort all my outdoor patio. They were very hard working and they did an amazing job. The outside of my house now looks a lot fresher and really has made it look 10x better. It wasn’t an easy job because of the heat and due to how big the area was - but they never complained! I definitely would recommend them. They’re also really nice people, which was a bonus. Thanks again :)
