When I called, the kindness and excellent customer service started w/Kirkland. He said he woukd have the correct dept rep reach out to me. And, within 15 min, Tara called. After explaining my problem to Tara, we set an appointment (10/8 @ 1130). On appointment day, due to circumstances out of my control, I informed Tara I'd have to cancel. Less than 30 min later, i was able to call Tara and say I was now available and asked whether there would be any chance have the rep still come later that day? Andres arrived at the new appointment time and completed his inspection of my roof. Andres was a true professional with patience for days! With the number of questions I asked and I might have even asked the same question twice. He still smiled and answered them all. It is truly refreshing to come across a business that honestly knows what customers service means and not just tell people what they want to hear. Ths is my second experience working with Rhino Roofers and they know what they're doing!

Rhino Roofers did an outstanding job helping us with a roof issue at our home in the La Vernia area for a great price. We had a hole in the roof caused by what was likely a raccoon, and their team came out quickly to take care of it. They replaced the compromised decking/plywood and did an incredible job matching the color and quality of the shingles in the repaired area — you can hardly tell any work was done! Cristian was kind, thorough, and provided excellent service throughout the entire process. The communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were top-notch. After my home had heavy hail storm damage (11 Sep 2026) I contacted Rhino Roofers to take a look at all the damage caused to my roof. Raul Soliz who came to do the inspection was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely personable, polite, friendly, informative and thorough. Explained everything on how the roof repair would go, that I'd be getting an upgraded roof and also dealing with my insurance claim. He showed me the video he took of what happened to my roof which had really been battered by the hailstorm and had also pulled shingles off my roof. He sent me photos for future reference. He made it easy to put my confidence in choosing Rhino Roofers to fix my roof, which I'm putting my faith and trust in to do a great job. He made sure to be here when I told him when my SF adjuster was coming. He used a very calm and persuasive manner (since the adjuster seemed tough to deal with in the beginning) to explain why the whole roof needed a full replacement. He also persuaded the adjuster to really take a look at my patio cover and managed to get the adjuster (who was not convinced about it needing repair) to add it and my shed (which I was not expecting it to even be considered) to the claim as well when Raul started pointing out areas to him. He's definitely a great asset to this company. I'm also going to add kudos to Alisson Martinez for keeping things flowing once I gave her the SF claim # after I submitted the hail damage claim. I’ll update after repairs are completed which is scheduled for 6 Oct, they wanted to schedule it sooner but I had to delay it as the date was not optimal as I had other important matters to take care of. I’ll post an update after the job is complete and hopefully new pictures for comparison of the before and after results. Update: My roof has been repaired and I’m thoroughly impressed with the work done by a very hard-working crew and delighted with my newly improved stronger re-shingled roof, patio cover and shed. I chose Estate Grey which was the perfect choice to go with my house color. Devon from RR sent me videos he took of the work in progress at different stages. That was awesome! Can’t thank or recommend Rhino Roofers and their roofing contractor/crew enough for everything! Looking for a roofing company? This is the one!

Roof replacement consultation: We had Rhino Roofers come to our house to do a hail damage inspection. Andres was on time, professional and shared his findings via photos and an informational folder in great detail using his tablet. Just bought the house a little over a year ago knowing that the roof was already 13 years old (now 14). I wanted assurance that the roof would hold up for at least 10 more years, especially knowing the issues with the Texas heat and hail storms. I called Rhino roofers after some research. I was able to get an inspection appointment (free) in less than a week. Kurt showed up and explained the process for inspecting the roof and answered any questions I had. I was impressed that I could follow along live as the inspection was being accomplished and see what Kurt was looking at with pictures. He marked worrisome spots and areas and after the inspection in the debrief he explained the issues. Not just what was wrong (or good), but why. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable about anything "roofs". Rhino Roofers may be a little more expensive than many roofers in San Antonio, but I don't believe any of them offer the guarantees they do and the quality of work. Kurt was a pleasure to work with and an asset to Rhino Roofers. I didn't want to worry about my roof anymore so I opted to go ahead and replace my current roof with one with a long guarantee and one that could withstand the heat and hail here in Texas. I already had some forced air attic ventilation, but the installers didn't really check to make sure that there were additional areas that needed ventilation. When Kurt inspected the roof he found two areas that (strangely enough) were totally isolated and required additional ventilation. One of these areas is right above the master suite and explains why there is a hotspot there. I was very please with Kurt's knowledge and professionalism.
