Barnett Roofing Reviews

Jimmy and his crew were doing my neighbor’s roof, and as they were wrapping up, he and his crew noticed a few shingles loose on my roof and he came over and asked if we wouldn’t mind if he fixed it, since it’s covered under warranty. and they did our roof as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with Jimmy and his crew for their attention to detail and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Barnett Roofing was putting a new roof on my neighbor's house across the street. I wanted a second opinion on observing a moisture pocket on my ceiling in my room. Matthew Loope offered to check my roof and explained in detail there can be 2 options and he would first check first option of possible hvac condensation due to hot and humid summer this year. If that isn't the problem, contact them and they would build up the low area gap for better flow of rain not sitting and flowing into the gap. He was very polite, explained issue, gave resolution and was honest . I was pleased and would not hesitate to do business with Barnett Roofing.

They installed a roof for me. Their business practice is paying off. Site supervisors show up when needed and they do their best to stand true to their slogan.. “trust matters”. Pricing is on par the other big roofers in the area. Updated to 5 star. Mike Reed and Eric Reagan did a fantastic job working on my roof

Another 5-star review for Barnett Roofing. Josh and what appeared to be a 7-person crew worked from dusk to dawn for 3 days to re- shingle our large and complicated roof. Absolute pro’s compared to what I’ve experienced from other firms in the past. I know there are a lot of 5-star reviews here, but Barnett Roofing is a top notch outfit. Would absolutely recommend them.

Remove existing attic fans and replace with new electric attic fans. Inspect roof for any caulking needs. Mark kept me informed through text and pictures of the condition and progress of my roof repair. I greatly appreciate the clear communication I was receiving.

Every aspect of getting my new roof installed in one day was excellent. Justin came out to do my estimate and was very professional. Michael was the foreman for the installation and kept me informed about what they were doing. Our roof is extremely steep and overlooks a ravine so they were all very safe and wore harnesses while working.

Everyone from the office staff and sales department were professional and willing to ensure that our project was handled to the best of standards. This is our second time using Barnett Roofing to repair our roof. They offer exceptional service with reasonable pricing. We had two separate leaks, and Eric and his crew were able to have it repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. They are very easy to work with and everything is well explained before work begins.

I woke up at 5:30 am with my feet in a puddle. Never had a roof leak before. Torrential rains all night long (Oct. 3) must have finally blown off some shingles. It happened quickly. There was no leak at 3:00 am but, by 5:30 there was a puddle in the bed. I did an immediate Google search and found Barnett Roofing had the best rating of all the search results. The website indicated 24/7 calls so I called about 6:30 am, the AI assistant took my info, and by 7:55 am I got a call back from Megan. Very nice, professional and helpful. She dispatched Jimmy Loope to assist me. Jimmy was here by 9:47 am. He came in to assess the leak. Took photos where the leak was in the bedroom as well as going into the attic to further assess. Within a few minutes he and his partner were on the roof locating the issue and patching it to keep me leak free until repairs can be made. I’m super pleased with their service and would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Barnett Roofing. Job foreman Matthew arrived on time and spent time going over what his crew was going to do (full roof replacement, skylight replacement) and made sure I understood the process. The crew was quick, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Barnett for your roofing needs.

Gary and crew did a very nice job. They kept everything clean while they were working, caused no disruption to our normal activities, and showed me pictures of all the work from start to finish. Gary explained what they had done and why. I would recommend them and use Barnett roofing again in the future.

Shingles repaired after a storm...Gaige was very helpful and friendly! He flew a drone to assess the damage of shingles and sent a quote out quickly. The scheduler promptly called once I approved the quote. Jimmy notified before arrival, once he arrived, updated me after he completed the repair, and answered all of my questions. Everyone was friendly, helpful, ans professional.Thank you!
