Serranos Surfaces - Kitchen Countertops Installation Reviews

These gentlemen did fantastic work and were so clean. We had granite cut and when they left there was almost no dust. They were down on their hands and knees washing down the floor and cupboards after they finished. Had a new drop in sink put in to the freshly cut granite. Looks amazing!! Highly recommend the plumber they use as well.

They do a good job. They work well with the clients wishes, have fair prices, and I am pleased. I've done two different jobs (outdoor kitchen countertops and fireplace surround) with them and can recommend.

I contacted Serrano’s because I needed new countertops and wanted and engineered surface. Keith came out, measured, explained different options, sent me to a warehouse to select exactly what I wanted and came in at an unbeatable price. I love my new kitchen. I love Serrano’s. If you are looking to replace your counters, call them, I would again!

I contacted over 20 countertop companies, and Serrano’s stood out immediately. Keith was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, and even came out the same day—driving over an hour! Offered competitive pricing and the countertop was installed within a week. Keith was such a pleasure to work with—always positive, smiling, and patient. He made it easy to ask questions, and his upbeat energy even came through in his texts. Eddie and Bismark did a fantastic job with the installation. Everything turned out great! Excellent service, fast turnaround, and quality work. Couldn’t ask for better—highly recommend!

I had Serrano’s Surfaces install my new kitchen countertop, and the whole experience was outstanding. Keith delivered some of the best customer service I’ve had during any home project. He walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process feel easy from start to finish. The installation team was incredibly professional and had the countertop in place in about 45 minutes. On top of that, the quote they gave me beat every competitor I talked to. If you’re considering new countertops, go with Serrano’s Surfaces (Specifically ask for Keith). Excellent service, great pricing, and a team that truly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Serrano's did an amazing job! These pictures can't fully show how beautiful my counter tops are! I loved working with them because they showed up on time, didn't try changing the price last minute and worked with me due to my budget constraints. I will have Serrano do my fireplace next and my master bathroom too! Thank you Serrano!
