We are unable to fault the service and communication we received from Maplecraft. Initially, I spoke to Janice and Tony regarding the work required which included repairing a Conservatory roof that was leaking and replacing a window in the Conservatory that had blown. Although the repairs entailed more than we had anticipated, Dan explained the issues with the roof comprehensively and then responded quickly and professionally, completing the repairs to a high standard and earlier than we had expected.

Endurance door with sidelights installed by Dan and team from Maplecraft. Very high quality product that was expertly installed. The porch was left neat and tidy. The old door and rubbish were all removed. Any very minor snags were all rectified and the door is perfect. Decent family company who care about their customers and I would highly recommend Update: I asked Dan to return to replace a front window to match the door. Even more impressed now. Will use again to do the remaining ones in the future.

Reliable and friendly Very helpful from my phone call to the office to arrival of Tony and Alex to carry out the works. My conservatory roof was left spotless and as I have had other work done by the company before I am confident that they have resolved the leak. Every person I dealt with was very polite and friendly.

From the moment I rang the office and spoke to a very helpful Janice, everything went very smoothly. On the day of the repair Tony rang to say he was running a little late (nice courtesy). Alex and Tony listened to my not very tehnical explanation of the problem and were very thorough in the repair. They left our conservatory roof spotless afterwards. Very polite and kind gentlemen. Recently carried out leaking conservatory roof repairs. Good comminucation prior and very friendly team. Were considerate and careful maneuvering the scaffold through the house, explained clearly what needed doing and even gave some advice on some other bits and pieces. Would definitely consider for any future work required.

Amazingly our out of warranty, poorly fitted bi-fold doors are better and smoother than they've ever been even straight after installation 8 years ago! Guys were really tidy, professional, friendly and quick. So glad I found this company!

High Recommended. We initially came across Maplecraft when our old Patio Door wouldn’t lock. It had came off the track and Daniel lifted it back on. They have since supplied and installed replacement front door and windows either side, new patio door and replacement windows. When our new patio door lock became stiff, Tony came out and sorted it. Friendly and polite service. High-quality workmanship.

Window repair We recently had three uPVC window locks repaired and a blown window replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Had a problem with a bedroom window uPVC opening and closing mechanism. Dropped an e-mail to Maplecraft with a photo of latch not working and they replied that afternoon with a priced solution. Guys came next day and did the fit in super quick time. This is not the first time I have use Maplecraft and they always perform to the highest - great service and nice people to deal with.
