I took private Spanish classes with Denisse and I loved every minute of it. My fluency improved a lot, and I made great progress with my grammar too.
Besides building my Spanish skills, I also learned about Peruvian culture and discovered some great Spanish music along the way, which made the lessons so much more than just language practice.
Denisse is a patient and skilled teacher, and her enthusiasm and seemingly unlimited energy meant I was looking forward to every class. If you’re looking for a teacher who makes learning both effective and fun, I can’t recommend her enough!

I took Dutch lessons here and the teachers were wonderful: attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. I still come back for their language exchange events at Pacific in Amsterdam, and they're always well organized and welcoming. It's a safe, relaxed environment where you meet students and all kinds of interesting expats, which makes practicing a lot more fun than it sounds.
I especially recommend the conversational mini courses, which are a great way to build confidence speaking. Highly recommended for anyone learning Dutch in Amsterdam!

I had the best Dutch course experience with Joshua. Before I was really hesitating to speak Dutch and could only express myself in simple conversations. However, after one year with Joshua I could handle much deeper topics and express myself with ease. My Language Corner lessons with Martin Landsburg were really good.
He is an excellent teacher: patient, encouraging, positive, supportive and has a great sense of humour, which is quite important when you are a teacher.
It is quite clear that he has had a lot of relevant teaching experience and that he cares and takes ownership of his role.
I hope I will be able to continue my lessons with Martin, as soon as my professional life is settled and organised.

I had a wonderful experience at Language Corner. Katie, the teacher, is excellent: professional, friendly, and very attentive to students’ needs. The lessons are engaging, interactive, and well structured, which makes learning English both effective and enjoyable.
I also really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to meet students from different countries. Everyone at the school is kind and helpful, creating a very positive environment for learning and speaking English with confidence.

I am happy to share my experience as student at Language Corner with anyone who is aiming to boost their Dutch language skills.
I had 1:1 classes and I highly recommend my teacher Joshua: after an assessment of my level of Dutch, Joshua has actively listened and understood my goals. Joshua has been able to tailor and customize lessons specifically on my needs.
I appreciated Joshua’s competence, empathy, patience and care throughout all lessons. The study material, the grammar references, the exercises, the corrections on mistakes and the feedback on area of improvements are some of the features that made this course among the best I have ever had.
Thanks to Joshua supporting approach I won my initial lack of confidence and embarrassment on kicking off a conversation in Dutch.
In addition, the whole team at Language Corner has been friendly and positive when checking in for the lessons and when interacting at the student evening meetings to practice Dutch. Yes, Language Corner is organizing regular students “meet & fun & practice” evening together with Dutch native speakers. What a great idea to learn while sharing a drink and some fun time with people from all over the world!
Moreover, I enjoyed as well the venue where the lessons took place: Language Corner is located not far from beautiful Westerpark, classrooms are well designed and equipped with projectors.

Language corner is brilliant! I’ve been taking Dutch lessons since September with Saskia (highly recommend as a teacher) and im now doing B2/C1 level Dutch. Lessons are tailored to your preference and the atmosphere is great.
