I would highly recommend Dr. Kesecker. The Dr. Kesecker had my tooth pulled before I realized it. It was a good experience, no pain and I did not have to take any pain medicine afterward. He and his staff were very professional and user friendly. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and drove to Virginia to have the procedure done. We'll worth the trip.
Friendly, super efficient staff that seems to care. I had a procedure that was (relatively) painless. I can't say I enjoyed it, but if you have to have oral surgery I recommend them.
Everyone was extremely kind in all steps of the process. From front desk, to assistants, to oral surgeon, every single person was so nice and understanding. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team or place for my procedure! Procedure went well and so is the recovery!!

I assume Dr. Kesecker is a competent oral surgeon; unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to find out.
When I was ready to proceed with the extractions, I got a revised estimated treatment plan that was over a thousand dollars more than the one I signed off on at my consultation. When questioned on it, they said to disregard and sent a revised estimate. It was still considerably more than the original plan, but after consulting with my insurance company, it was close enough for me to sign once I got a couple of charges explained.
Instead of responding to my query, they informed me that they weren’t the dentist for me and to please find someone else.
Meanwhile I have a new set of dentures in my closet, a mouthful of teeth that are dysfunctional and no one to do the procedure.
Zero stars.

Dr Kesecker and his staff were awesome! Had lower full dental implant surgery done and they all did an amazing job! Love the new implants and am able to eat and chew normally. Have been enjoying rare steak 🥩 again and am so thankful for all Dr. Kesecker and his staff have done for me!
