Nathan was terrific this morning along with his training guy whose name I cannot think of right now. Darn it and he was really really good as well. They both went above the call of duty in fixing my internet service and taking these screens from my old windows. Thank you thank you thank you so much. This whole experience with my windows has just been so easy and so pleasant and you are a wonderful, wonderful company!

Love the storm door, love the installer and the install. Was disappointed in the length of time it took to complete (16 weeks). Initially we waited 13 weeks then was told we needed an additional piece that was missed, we waited an additional 3 weeks to complete.

We're very glad you love your new storm door, and the installer/installation. Sorry again for the delay on the storm door though, especially since we had to order an additional part that added to the lead time. But glad the end result is something you love.

Major project for us! After it is all done (siding, trim, soffit, gutters, windows, window sills, new front door and garage door we are extremely happy with the final results. Nick Leta was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond meeting with us multiple time's (6-7 times) to get us the dream house look me and my wife were looking for. To all the installers who were truly professional and great craftsmen at their jobs. Everyone was excellent but a real shoutout to Brandon and Brittney who did our windows and windows sills! I am not saying everything went perfectly, but with a project of this scale there are bound to be some issues. There were but Daniel the office manager stepped in and helped push us across the finish line and took care of us in the final balance. As a whole these are people who will care about your house like it was their own. If you are looking to do some home improvement give them a call and ask for Nick Leta. I don’t think you will regret the call!

From the ordering of the windows with Mike G. To the installation withe Eric process was painless in so many ways. The respect and attentiveness that-was given by both, we ordered 8 more windows. I have not seen customer service of this kind in a very long time. We would like Eric to do the next job.

I had a fantastic experience with Windows Plus from start to finish! Jim, our sales rep, was super friendly, attentive, and easy to work with right from the start. Brandon and Brittany provided top-notch service during the installation. They were professional, efficient, and their workmanship was excellent. On top of that, EJ the service tech was extremely helpful following up after the install to make sure everything was perfect. Outstanding customer service and quality work all around. Highly recommend Windows Plus, especially Jim, Brandon, Brittany, and EJ!

Had all the windows in our home replaced. Great service and communication. They showed up to install when they said they would. Everything looks clean and seamless, there was nothing to clean up once they were done. They were able to finish our house in a day, highly recommend!

Spencer was are sales person he was incredible to work with explained everything to us one hundred percent enjoyed working with Spencer. Austin’s crew installed our windows and doors they were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Myself and my wife were one hundred percent impressed by their work and professionalism ,they all were respectful. I would recommend this crew to anyone wanting to replace their windows and doors. They did such an awesome job that the second day when they came to finish up my wife and me bought them lunch. We are so impressed with Windows Plus as a whole. Thank you all!

The Windows Plus team was awesome from beginning to end. No pressure knowledgeable Sales people, professional experienced installers and GREAT customer service. We chose the Bainbridge windows which were right priced and extremely quiet and well fitting. Superb value. They did have one hiccup - sliding door in wrong direction, which they corrected quickly with no hassle.
