They both went above the call of duty in fixing my internet service and taking these screens from my old windows. Thank you thank you thank you so much. Love the storm door, love the installer and the install. Was disappointed in the length of time it took to complete (16 weeks). Initially we waited 13 weeks then was told we needed an additional piece that was missed, we waited an additional 3 weeks to complete.

Austin’s crew installed our windows and doors they were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. We chose the Bainbridge windows which were right priced and extremely quiet and well fitting. Superb value. They did have one hiccup - sliding door in wrong direction, which they corrected quickly with no hassle.
