1:1 Coaching Call:
I recently had a 1:1 coaching call with Amanda and it was exactly what I needed.
We covered a few different areas of my business, including my pricing, but also other things I’ve been thinking about and needed a bit of guidance on. Amanda asked the right questions, challenged me where she needed to and helped me look at things from a different perspective.
There was no fluff and no just telling me what I wanted to hear. She actually took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and gave me practical advice that I could take away and put into action.
The conversation around my pricing was particularly useful, as it made me think about why I was charging what I was charging and where I’d been underselling myself. I came away with much more clarity and confidence around recognising the value of what I offer.
One of the things I really value about Amanda is that whatever you come to her with, she either knows the answer or knows exactly where to point you. She understands the VA world and gives honest, practical guidance rather than generic advice.
If you’re a VA who needs a bit of a push, some accountability, or just someone to talk through the different parts of your business with, I’d definitely recommend booking a call with Amanda. I came away feeling much clearer about my next steps, and it was honestly worth every minute!

Joining Amanda Johnson’s VACT membership has honestly been one of the best things I’ve done for my VA business.
For me, the community is one of the biggest things that makes it so valuable. Whatever you’re stuck on, there’s usually someone who has been through something similar, knows the answer, or can point you in the right direction. And there really is no such thing as a silly question!
It’s also opened up opportunities that I don’t think I would have had otherwise. Through being part of the membership, I’ve picked up both associate work and direct client work, as well as making connections with other VAs. It’s been brilliant to have those opportunities come through being part of such a supportive community, and it’s helped me grow my business as well as my confidence.
Amanda is also brilliant at keeping you accountable. She’s definitely not someone who will just tell you what you want to hear 😂 She’ll challenge you, make you think about things properly and, when needed, give you that little push to actually do what you said you were going to do!
The support has really helped me look at my business differently, particularly when it comes to recognising the value of what I offer and having the confidence to charge accordingly.
There’s also so much included in the membership – regular group coaching calls, co-working sessions, training and, of course, the community itself. So whether you need advice, accountability, support, or just want to learn something new, there’s always something there to get involved with.
I’d honestly recommend the membership to any VA who wants to feel less like they’re figuring everything out on their own and have a really supportive community around them. It’s been a really important part of growing my business and I’m so glad I joined.

Amanda is fantastic and amazing and so kind. I joined this webinar after meeting her earlier the same week at a conference, researching across her website and there is so much available. The webinar itself is such a wonderful tool and gives so much value if you are looking to start something up and are not sure where to start. Questions are answered and also the ability to contact her if something comes up later is such a bonus. Thank you Amanda and while I am not yet starting off, this is such a valuable tool and resource that I will continue to use.

I have been a member of the VACT group just about from the beginning of my VA journey - now into 9 years.
VACT is an essential life line for both new and experienced VA's. Amanda runs the group in such a way that you always feel supported and heard with excellent feedback when you request it which is very much needed as we work on our own usually. I continue to get valuable insights from being a member, making use of the monthly training webinar and workbook and checklists that have helped me through such things as how to manage networking sessions and how to onboard a client.
