I just started with this company some months ago this year and while I’m not sure what to expect, I have experienced kindness and understanding as well as a willingness to help. For me, that’s better than some other companies I have contacted to help me either consolidate or negotiate my business debt down. However, I am now in a position where I am negotiating with my creditors and my experience leaves much to be desired because I do not get the impression I am receiving adequate representation, due to not being given full details regarding proposed settlement numbers (but expected to accept the terms) and there are just other things that have happened that make me feel like the legal representation side to this business has dropped the ball. I am not sure what will become of all of it, but right now, I am very concerned and feel like my best interests are not being taken seriously, yet the company and lawyer get a percentage of my settlement.
