I joined the training camp in Rio Maior. The weekend was very well organised. The theory lessons and the swimming practises were very good. Gustavo is a very professional teacher with a lot of experience and knowledge. We also did a mobility gym session where we practiced exercises that help with swimming, very useful. Altogether I learned a lot and had a very nice weekend with lovely people and a nice place to stay with good food. An absolute recommendation to improve your swimming!

I enjoyed my swim at Caxias Beach with Pedro. He is very knowledgeable and a great coach. He gave me some good tips. The area was beautiful and the view of the ocean and city were amazing. I recommend if you are a beginner and want some one to help you learn to swim in open water.

Fabulous swim with excellent guide We loved everything about our swim. Of course, the water and scenery are beautiful, but it was made extra special by our guide Claudia. She was friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and showed us to amazing places we would never have visited on our own. My husband gets sea sick even when swimming, and Claudia was always checking to see that he was comfortable. In addition, the company was super helpful before the day of the swim itself. When the conditions looked unfavourable, they were in regular contact about alternative plans, sending us photos and videos of other places to go. We would highly recommend this trip!

Wonderful There are no words to explain how wonderful the Swim trip to Madeira Island with SwimTogether was but I will try. The team is amazing, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable at all times. Exceptional organization and dedication to let you swim always with the best conditions possible. Safety and comfort of the group is a priority and it can be adjusted to meet all levels. Hotel was perfect in a beautiful location were you can spend free time swimming more or go for some snorkeling in a really special corner. The daily swims were just stunning, the high cliffs, the warm turquoise water, the underwater sea life, it exceeded my already high expectations! If this was not enough, all the group quickly became friends and had a really great time during the week in and out of the water. I highly recommend SwimTogether and this trip. My swim through caves in Portimao This was one of the best open water swims I have had over many years of swimming! When the combination of great company, incredible nature and wonderful sea conditions all combine, a truly incredible experience occurs and I was lucky enough to have that on my swim. My tour guide Claudia was incredible, she tempered her speedy pace to match mine and not only guided me through and into the most incredible caves but also took some epic photos! The pre admin and communication beforehand was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this, even if you think you’re not a great swimmer, you can pop on fins, it really is such a special experience to do. Thanks again Claudia and the team at SwimTogether :)
