The team at Juneau Tours & Whale Watch were nothing but professional, fun, knowledgeable, and safe the entire trip. We loved the fact that they are the only independent tour company left (the rest are cruise line affiliates). We saw so many whales - even a baby calf. It was spectacular! Greg, Ethan, & John were all Rockstar and knew exactly where to go and which whales we were watching. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer. Mendenhall Glacier was also great. Our driver gave us 2 hours and showed us where the best hikes wrote for our time. He wasn't wrong. We avoided the big crowds and had fantastic viewpoints of the Glacier from the rainforrest.

Beautiful scenery and a ton of fun! Lena was so knowledgeable about all of the whales we saw. Viteri was a blast of energetic fun and great at spotting whales. And Connor was perfect at steering us to the most whale activity as well ask keeping the boat from rocking too much! We loved this experience and will definitely do this again when come back!

Extremely professional and very well ran tour from the time we checked in off our ship until we got off the whale watching tour. Brock and Ethan were great guides with Captain Dustin. Very informative and quick to point out the many whales seen. Clachelle was fabulous on the bus!! Would highly recommend this company for a less expensive option to the cruise excursion.

We had a wonderful time with Troy. It was so convenient from town to hop out to the glacier in Juneau. He gave a fantastic tour along the way there and home. There was great value to have the peace of mind to get there and back so easily. I am so glad we did this!! And the natural beauty of the glacier and waterfall were incredible! Thank you, Troy!

Calvin took us to a really great spot to shake watch and Parker was so full of knowledge and excitement about all things whales. We got to see orcas and humpback whales. Notcho Libre and Kelp showed out for us! 100% recommend this tour company!!

Dustin, Brock, and Ethan were excellent at educating and navigating our experience. We saw a great deal of whales, including Orca and Humpbacks. The boat was full, but the size of the boat was perfect, leaving you great space to watch and take great pictures. Great experience for our teenagers, all the way up to our 85 yr mother with moderate mobility issues. We loved supporting a local family owned business.
