I was very happy with my service today. My AC stopped working mid day on a Friday, I looked for repair companies and the reviews for Shalom were pretty good, so I scheduled them to come out for Monday. Max arrived within the time slot that was given, and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He explained everything to me so I understood, and took care of the problem. He advised me of a secondary issue that could arise from the lack of routine maintenance (totally my fault, it used to be an automatic service and that service ended). Cost for today's service was reasonable, so we will definitely be working with the company again to get back to a regular maintenance schedule.

The team of technicians showed up clean and on time each day. They were very professional and the quality is top notch. I was impressed how cleanly they had installed the heat pump in the attic. I also had new intakes and extra vents installed so I expected a messy floor, but they clean up and the floor was nearly spotless. They treated my home like it was their own home. I am very pleased and will definitely refer them to friends.
