One of our 4 year old Trane units suddenly stopped working. I called Legacy Home Services to come out and inspect the unit. Styler came out, immediately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the issue, cost of repairs, and additional information regarding our A/C installation. Repairs were exactly as explained and no additional charges. I give Legacy and Skyler 5+ stars and highly recommend their services.

This company is the best ! I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Tommy Puga and Douglas ckecked our low water pressure and hot water issue and found the problem quickly. Everything is working great now, Great job guys ! Thank you !!

The only time I write reviews is for exceptionally good or bad service. This review is for GREAT service! What impressed me the most about their service was their "personalities". EVERYONE I met on the job, stopped, looked me in the eye, and introduced themself to me. I have NEVER experienced this with a contractor before. And it wasn't just one person, it was everyone!! (Installers, electrician, plumber, everyone involved) I had a to replace an entire HVAC system (duct work and all) in my home. When I called, the sales person (Jared) came out within 2 hours of my call. I got 3 bids and Legacy was the best priced. One vendor quoted me 3 weeks to install. Legacy took 3 days. Legacy will now be my go to vendor for HVAC plumbing and electrical work.

I am giving Legacy Home Services a 5 star rating because my experience with them was fantastic. Their two technicians that came to my home for plumbing repairs, Tommy and Doug, were amazing. They were very courteous and friendly, they listened well and answered all of my questions, they were very efficient in repairing my plumbing problems, they explained everything so I could understand it, and they made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work before they left. Also, the price for the repair work was very reasonable and high quality parts were used for my repairs, not flimsy stuff. I'm so glad that I found a company of integrity that provides exceptional service. They also provide HVAC and electrical services, so I will be using them for all of my electrical, HVAC, and plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Tommy and Doug, and thank you Legacy Home Services!
