John got to me only a couple hours after I called for help. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did a solid repair.

I am very happy for the well pump and water tank install. The workers fast and with excellent knowhow. the service was great.

I would highly recommend these guys.
My roommate had a cold shower this morning, so I checked and the pilot light was out. I relit it but got a valve failure status light and smelled gas. I shut everything off and started calling around.
The first company I called was using an AI chatbot to answer their phones and it quoted me a date next week for the repair.
So I called Beacon next and was very happy to hear a real person answer the phone. Shout out to Patrick, who was very helpful, knowledge and said someone would be there the same morning.
Marc and his apprentice were at my house within the hour. They diagnosed the error (faulty valve), looked up the warranty on my water heater and determined I was still under warranty and the parts would be reimbursed by the manufacturer and got me a quote for the service today in about 10 minutes.
They had all the parts on their truck and had the repair done in about an hour, walked me through what they did and gave me some tips on how to extend the life of my water heater. Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
All in all, from the time my roommate had a cold shower to the time the water heater was fixed was about 2.5 hours.
Fastest service I have ever had in my life, all while maintaining a very high standard of professionalism and quality of service. I will definitely use Beacon again, and highly recommend them to others.

Top notch service from start to finish! I reached out to Beacon Plumbing for an installation of an extra hose bib. They were able to respond for a quote the very next business day. After receiving the quote, Josh and Brady returned to complete the job. On top of an optional hose bib installation, they also replaced a water supply pipe leading to a thermal expansion tank (outstanding preventative maintenance). I was truly impressed with their communication and professionalism. Josh and Brady are true professionals within the industry. Their work is impeccable. I highly recommend Beacon Plumbing.

Jonathan replaced a toilet flange that we discovered was cracked when replacing the flooring. It was a last-minute need, Beacon was able to accommodate and Jonathan was great!
