We ordered 30 square meters of Quartzite. On completion of the job it was clear that the stone was 5 square meters short. This was validated by their representative who measured the work complete on site. To date they have refused to make good the difference citing that the correct amount left the yard. If we had received the correct amount we would have completed the job and saved ourselves the aggravation of dealing with these people. It has been exhausting and very stressful. Save yourselves the trouble and go elsewhere.
Sibidi, who we initially dealt with, was a gentleman It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Thank you for your feedback. Our records confirm the full order was delivered and signed for. The Sandstone Story supplied the stone only and was not involved in the installation. We always aim to provide quality materials, clear communication, and professional service.
I ordered and paid a huge deposit for my stone , unfortunately they have not gone red the cancellation agreement and refuse to refund . Terrible dishonest company . Stay away from them .

I made a trip from Swaziland to Ballito for cladding as Sandstone Story in Swaziland did not have what we were looking for. I placed an ordered and then made another trip to Ballito to collect my order when ready. When work on the cladding started we discovered that our order was mixed with the incorrect colour stone. Sandstone Story Ballito now expects me to return the incorrect stone at my own costs, or alternatively wait, indefinitely, until they have someone in Swaziland place another order before they correct their mistake. Shocking customer service!
I recently purchased tiles for my new build from Sandstone story and needed additional tiles due to an issue with my island. It was only noticed that a different batch had been supplied once the new tiles were laid. When I went back to the Sandstone story I was referred back to my T&Cs and was told I should have ordered more originally. As there was no more of the original batch in stock and they could not locate any additional supplies I was left with no solution. Their customer service post sales left me feeling as if they had washed their hands of me. I am please to say I have subsequently found a solution with Malls tiles, Durban. I have not bought tiles from them before but have found their customer service to be 5*.
