I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, received a confirmation the day before, and then had my appointment canceled just 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival window. I explained that I had arranged my schedule specifically for this appointment, and I was told they would "get in touch with the technician" and call me back… Over the next several hours, I called multiple times for an update, but each time I was told they were still "unable to get in touch with the technician." I never received the promised callback! People often take time off work or rearrange their schedules to be home for service appointments. Canceling just 30 minutes beforehand is rude and unprofessional. Failing to follow up with a callback after promising one only made the experience worse.
