Excellent experience with Ben who was professional, on time, and really knew his stuff. You can tell when someone enjoys their job! He did a great job explaining everything to us and was not pushing any specific service, he told us what we would need especially since we had no record of prior fireplace inspections in our new home. The prices are very reasonable for the work, and we really appreciated how calm he was when we unfortunately forgot that our dog was in the backyard and he went out back to look at the dryer vent- that was on us, but it did not dissuade him! Great professional experience and would recommend this company to anyone who needs fireplace inspection/maintenance.

By far one of the best experiences we've ever had with a home maintenance/repair company. We needed help with crumbling mortar on our 100-year-old chimney as well as damaged bricks in our foundation. The interior of our fireplace also needed some patching and cleaning. We chose MK Home Service because of all the positive reviews we found here. Scheduling someone to come out and give us an estimate for the work was easy and barely any wait. The workers who came to our home, Benjamin and Jeremy, were especially respectful, skilled, friendly, and communicative, and never tried to upsell us. The pricing was more than fair and the overall service and final work were impeccable. They even tossed in a free paint job for the interior of the fireplace. Such a big improvement and positive experience, I can't recommend them highly enough.
