The online portion was excellent. The practical skills practice and assessment instructor was knowledgeable and patient. Some of the other students on zoom were challenged by tech and understanding instructions, but ultimately everyone was successful. A functioning AED training unit would have been nice, but the CPR dummies, bandaging supplies, and practice epipen were good. It would be nice to have had a practice naloxone unit. Overall, would recommend for folks who can manage zoom.

Thank you so much! The company that Kaiser partners with was full even though I tried to enroll 90 days prior. I would have had to drive over an hour to find a class. I found your site, it was easy to navigate. The skills center was clean, comfortable, and offered several close locations. I will never sit through a Kaiser CPR/BLS class again! The suite isn’t listed- it’s number 102. It’s hard to find because it’s in the front corner. There’s no instructor there, so be ready to self start. Login to the computer and get going. The wall says someone will come on the video chat at scheduled time, they didn’t. I would arrive at least 10 minutes early to find it. There’s no AED training either. But I did really appreciate the silence and the autonomy it provided.

Online materials were clear & well put together. Customer service by phone was great, very responsive & helpful. In-person test was fine - I'm still getting used to not having a person present, and the mannequin has a few quirks, but I figured those out after doing a couple of practice runs. If you don't end up needing to repeat much, then this part won't take even an hour.

Having been in the medical field for a while now, this is the easiest most efficient way to keep up with my BLS. I have moved to different areas around the Bay area and it’s great that this company has a location close to anywhere you are! Very competent and helpful with each step, great instructions!

The class was extremely convenient for my work schedule and emergent need to acquire my BLS. The program is online and is very thorough. I was able to acquire all the knowledge needed to be compliant with BLS certification, once the class is completed, you receive the certification on email right away with no downtime and you are good to go. I Highly recommend this service for any BLS ACLS or PALS certification which is accredited through the American Heart Association. Thank you for your service services
