R&H VIP Transportation Services Reviews

So viele besondere Momente, ganz ohne Stress. Eine Erfahrung, die wir nicht vergessen werden! ❤️

Mr Bardaghawi and Sam made our trip! It’s already we had the most amazing driver/guide for our full day trip to Petra! Mr. Bardaghawi is a kind, friendly, and informative person, and an excellent driver, most importantly for our 12+ hour day trip! We enjoyed talking with him about family, cultures, and history. He treated us to coffee/tea and falafel and made sure we had time for breaks in our 3+ Our drive to Petra. He was most gracious in stopping so we could take pictures at points of interest, which we very much appreciated. He was patient and encouraged us to take our time touring Petra. We lucked out with an excellent guide hired through our tour reservation. His name was Essam (Sam), he was incredibly informative, well spoken, friendly and an amazing photographer!! The pictures he took of us are absolutely incredible!! He went at our pace, never rushing us and provided helpful recommendations on local shops. Petra is beyond beautiful and one day truly isn’t enough but Sam covered as much as he possibly could in our time together. If you are ever looking for an extraordinary guide we highly recommend Essam Aref Atyah Hamadeen!

Excellent Dead Sea + Madaba, Mt Nebo & Baptism site Tour Mr Mint was our driver/guide for the day. He arrived early and had a clean and comfortable car. For a nominal additional fee we added Madaba, Mt Nebo and the Baptism site to our day which we thoroughly enjoyed! Mr Mint gave us sufficient time at each stop never rushing us. He was kind, pleasant and we enjoyed good conversation with him. We made stops for Arabic coffee and tea, mosaic shopping and he even bought us some fresh fruit snacks. We very much appreciated his flexibility and hospitality throughout our time together. We highly recommend him if you are looking for an excellent driver/guide while in Amman.

I've only met good people, like something out of a fairy tale. I encountered a very decent driver, thank you so much to him, there was everything necessary in the car, water, air conditioning, he responded to all requests and helped, even when there were problems with cash he bought me something to eat

Great Amman city tour An excellent way to start my journey in Amman. Our guide, Bardaghawi Mohammed, was very helpful and very had polite. He came on time. He detailed many aspects of the city, was very knowledgable and very patient. I felt very safe. He recommended I try the khunafa dessert after my meal at Hashem, it was delicious.

10-day Jordan trip with private chauffeur service We came across our driver Ibrahim through a GetYourGuide booking. He was so good and friendly that we asked him if we could do our entire 10-day Jordan trip with him. The round trip includes Amman, Umm Qais, Jerash, Al Salt, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. It was great; we especially recommend Ibrahim, who was outstandingly punctual, always kept the car clean, and was there for us even at unusual times. His zest for life, his special highlights/stops along the way, his advice on tourist spots, his humor, and his safe driving were "outstanding"! We thank R&H and Ibrahim from the bottom of our hearts. It was an unforgettable trip.

100% recommendation! We had an outstanding driver in Mr. Ibrahim! We traveled all over Jordan with him over several days (Jerash, Ajloun and Um Qais, Mount Nebo, Madaba and the Baptism Site of Jesus on the Jordan, Petra, Wadi Rum as well as the Dead Sea). Mr. Ibrahim was always friendly, polite, and extremely reliable throughout. During the drives, he often showed us additional viewpoints and gave insider tips for our stays on-site. We felt very safe and well taken care of with Mr. Ibrahim the entire time, both in the country in general and on the road. A heartfelt thank you once again, and a 100% recommendation!

Amazing. They went above and beyond. We thought we were hiring a service to bring us from point A to point B. But they do everything in between. Along with getting us an amazing guide who made the experience so much more, and a great driver with a personality and love for the country and culture. Above all, we made great friends along the way. Amazing picturesque beautiful country whose people share a kindness that is hard to find elsewhere in the world. Shoutout to MR MINT! He is the best.
