Never book through this website - its full of scams. You wont get your deposit back. I booked through this website with Raqam Wahid Car Rental - they never gave a contract, receipt and never got my deposit back.

I hade a horrible experience dealing with the company, I booked a car through their online service, they promised to deliver in 1 hr to my place , after 2.5 hrs of waiting, they contacted asking to come with a different car, such a waste of time

Huur geen auto bij dit bedrijf.
Ik heb de auto volgens afspraak ingeleverd, maar mijn borg is nooit terugbetaald.
Ondanks meerdere pogingen om contact op te nemen, heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet teruggekregen.
Dit is een zeer frustrerende ervaring geweest en naar mijn mening volledig onacceptabele klantenservice. Een borg hoort te worden terugbetaald wanneer aan de huurvoorwaarden is voldaan.
Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik Raqam Wahid Car Rental LLC aan niemand aanbevelen. Wees zeer voorzichtig voordat je een voertuig huurt bij dit bedrijf.

Flexible and convenient chauffeur experience
During our trip to Dubai, we booked a car with driver service through OneClickDrive for 10 hours per day. It allowed us to move around the city comfortably according to our travel plans. Having a dedicated chauffeur made sightseeing much more relaxed and organized.
The flexibility to extend the service hours whenever required was a big advantage. It gave us peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to rush our plans. Overall, it was a convenient and well-managed experience that made our Dubai visit even more enjoyable.

Update: Following the original review, the company contacted me immediately on the same day via multiple calls and messages, and my security deposit was promptly refunded in full. It is evident that the refund only occurred as a result of this public feedback. Shortly after, my original review was suddenly hidden for allegedly violating guidelines. My experience shows that the management places a higher priority on review management and actively trying to prevent or remove negative feedback than on proactive service delivery. For future customers, it is important to know that genuine service quality cannot be replaced by review management.

Xiaomi YU7 Bought through OneClickDrive
What stood out to me about OneClickDrive is that you can find cars from all Emirates, not limited to Dubai. I was searching for a Xiaomi YU7 which isn't available in Dubai yet and I easily found an Abu Dhabi registered car in the Metallic Pink Gold color I had been dreaming of. The platform offers so many vehicle options to choose from. The entire process was professional and hassle-free. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for cars across the UAE.

Smooth and professional car buying experienceWas in the market for a Mercedes V250 for my company. Found OneClick Drive and was impressed by the discounted rates on new cars. Cons:Can be unstructured at times. Feedback cycles could be faster.
Chauffeur Service
Excellent family chauffeur experience in Dubai Visited Dubai in February and needed reliable transport to take my family around the tourist attractions. We booked a chauffeur service through OneClick Drive and were assigned a Mercedes Sprinter. The vehicle was spacious and well maintained, the driver was courtious and punctual throughout our trip. The entire experiance of travelling around the city was incredibly smooth. Would strongly recomend OneClick Drive to anyone visiting Dubai with family.

Came to Dubai back in February with my family and needed something comfortable to get around the tourist spots. Booked a chauffeur service through OneClick Drive and they arranged a Mercedes Sprinter for us. Honestly the whole experiance was so smooth from start to finish, the driver was profesional and knew the city well. Kids were comfortable, luggage fit easily, no stress at all. Pros:Hands on experiance with real campaigns, friendly team, and intresting industry. Management is approachable and open to ideas. Great for someone wanting to learn fast. Cons:Can be a bit unstructured sometimes, startup culture means things change quickly. Salary could be more competative.

I did rent a jeep this week from Octane.rent
Extremely, extremely disappointed. This honestly feels like a joke.
I rented a Jeep Wrangler — a proper 4x4 with big tires and off-road suspension — and it’s advertised in photos driving through dirt paths and bushes, clearly suggesting off-road capability. Naturally, I planned my trip around that expectation.
But here’s the catch: you are NOT allowed to take the car off asphalt. Under any circumstances.
And when do they tell you this? Not during the booking process. Not in the days leading up to the rental. Not even when you pay. They only tell you at the moment of pickup — just two hours before my trip — that going off-road will cancel the contract and result in a 2,000 dirham fine.
It’s completely misleading. They market an off-road vehicle with off-road imagery, then forbid you from using it that way — and only reveal this at the last possible moment.
Terrible communication, zero transparency, and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company at all.

That does sound frustrating especially when the whole trip was planned around an off-road experience. Just to clarify, Octane is no longer listed on OneClickDrive. Rental companies operate independently and set their own terms, and in many cases across Dubai, off-road driving is restricted due to insurance and damage policies.
