Bill and Jacqui were so accommodating in rescheduling our cruise due to inclement weather. Majestic Day At Sea If I could give a sixth star, that still would not be enough. We chartered NNY's 73-foot Sunseeker for the day, and every moment was incredible and flawless, starting with the booking. (I appreciated the ample communication before the trip, including the morning of the excursion telling us exactly where to go and what to expect.) The day on the Gulf was unbelievable! The crew (Adam, MIke, and Lauren) provided impeccable service, and the boat was majestic. NNY also connected us with Chef Dave, who prepared an unbelievable lunch, snacks, and dinner. Everything was so delicious! For all 9 of us, this was one of the best vacation days of our lives. We had so much fun.

Had a great experience, the staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a great day on the water. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, which really made the experience even better. I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free boat rental.

Our experience with Naples Nantucket Yacht Group was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we made our first inquiry to the day we stepped off the yacht, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences. The yacht itself was immaculate — luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Every crew member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety, anticipating our needs before we even asked. The captain’s knowledge of the best local spots made every day feel like a new adventure, while the chef impressed us with restaurant-quality meals at sea. It was truly the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and first-class service. We surely recommend it and will definitely be booking with them again for our next trip.

Had a bachelorette trip in Naples to plan and we chartered a 50" yacht for 12 girls! 12 is the maximum amount of people for any boat in their charter so keep that in mind. The crew was awesome, the yacht was extremely clean, and the sales and accounting team were very easy to work with. We provided our own food and booze. Cruised for 2 hours and anchored for 2 which was perfect for our group. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

Poorly handled mishap at sea In February I booked a 2 night cruise from Naples to Key West with a group of friends. The weather on the second night didn't look good so the captain and I decided to make it a one night cruise to the keys. On approach to the Keys a fuse in one of the engines blew and the proper part was not on board. (Luckily this didn't happen while we were in open ocean). After much back and forth with the caption we stayed the 2 nights and I found my own way back to Naples. The owner Bob did offer a 5 1/2 hour -maybe longer van ride back to Naples which I declined. The captain was great to work with and he was very apologetic about the whole situation. He also had his hands full with a young and inexperienced crew. He even had to clean up vomit after one of the crew members drank too much the night before. The owner Bob was indifferent and non-apologetic to the entire situation. He over charged me for docking fees and over charged for fuel. He even charged me for getting his boat back to Naples and I wasn't even on it. I have not seen any refunds for the over charges or the cost of the van ride which he initially agreed to and he has been non-responsive. Bad things will happen out at sea and a good company handles those situations better than this.
