I was impressed with the reviews so decided I would give King’s Refinish a try. Their communication was excellent, their guys showed up on time and were very friendly, and they did an amazing amount of work in two days. Everything looks better than new! Photos attached of before, and after their treatment. I will use them again.

I was drawn to this business because of the high ratings and superlative reviews, so I called them to come and paint own own deck. Rodrigo was professional, courteous, and super responsive. It took a couple weeks to get time with his crews, but they worked over the weekend to finish the job, and their work was high quality and careful. They left everything very clean, and we are so happy with their work, which was also reasonably priced. Rodrigo and his crew are a gem and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

I appreciated their assessment of our two decks long overdue for repairs and maintenance. Rodrigo made a great suggestion to remove benches that were supposed to be storage spaces but just collected leaves and debris. They were prompt and worked quickly to complete work on two decks. Much appreciated!

We shopped what we wanted around to a number of companies. We liked the quote that Kings provided. They are a local company which we liked a lot. They had very good reviews which also helped make are decision. They worked on a deck and staircase. Day 1 Oscar performed a power wash. Day 2 Santiago sanded and stained or deck and staircase. The team did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with the end result.

Our old Epi deck looks better than brand new. Santiago was extremely through and careful with the cleaning and as a result, all the grains of the wood look amazing. He even power washed our benches, so the entire deck looks brand new. They even came back to move the heavy benches back onto the porch. Great job, reasonable price, and strong communication.

We relied on Rodrigo and his crew to refinish our two-level redwood deck in 2022 and didn't hesitate to call them again in April, 2026. They power washed, sanded and applied stain (two coats on flat areas) all in a three-day span -- which was especially important because it rained two days after they finished the job. Their work is priced competitively and they are both efficient and responsive. Deck looks brand new again. Highest recommendation!

King's Refinish did a great job on our deck and fence. The crew worked really hard; sanding the deck was laborious. Rodrigo communicated with us really well, especially since the wet Pacifica weather caused complications in the schedule.
