We love hearing that your patio twin home feels “small but mighty”, that’s exactly what we aim for with our vaulted ceilings, open layouts, and intentional design. It’s great to know the kitchen layout and finishes are hitting the mark, and that the island is serving its purpose as a gathering space. And we’re especially glad the garage depth is working well for that big truck!

Most importantly, we appreciate your kind words about our customer service. Building a home doesn’t stop at closing, and we’re committed to making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Hearing that both you and your clients value our communication, process, and attention to detail means a great deal to our team. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and always strive to resolve issues promptly for our clients. In this case, we were not given notice or the opportunity to address these items, as we do with all of our customers, which is reflected in our 60 five-star reviews.

It’s important to note that grout in tile requires regular maintenance, cleaning, and sealing, or it can chip or bleed over time. Concrete can develop hollow spots if water drains underneath over several years, which we can't control and front masonry can occasionally come loose, these are typically easy and cheap fixes when reported promptly or directly to the owner.

We stand behind our quality construction and proper installation. When concerns are reported within the warranty period, we work directly with our trade partners to identify solutions and ensure our clients’ homes are properly cared for. We encourage open communication and would welcome the opportunity to review any items and discuss them further offline. Please shoot the owner a email and I'm sure he will support you in fixing these items.
