Couldn’t run a chook raffle! We have been waiting on a warranty Callout for over two weeks and after 4 no shows we have given up. 4 times we were told a day we had to be home and all 4 times no one even showed up or even had the courtesy to call ahead to cancel. Finally get ahold of the boss only to be told they have no intention of coming to our area! Yet our suburb is listed as an area they service,…. If this was the case then why did you accept the job from the manufacturer? I feel sorry for manufacturers that get a bad name because of technicians like these guys. If you have a warranty claim and don’t live next door to this circus then your probably better off getting the job reallocated.

When spoke to technician directly was told he would not be attending our area anytime in the near future, so would not give a time or day. Had to be allocated to another Hisense repairer from the outside local area.

Unprofessional and dissapointing . Booked in a call out service.took a day off from work but the Failed to come out. Called to follow up and they rescheduled for the next day. Failed to come out the second time also. No call to communicate an issue, no follow up since from anyone to apologise. If you don’t want to do it, just say so instead of stuffing someone around.

Repeat customer here. Jimmy is an excellent tradesman. You need to be available all day, he can’t give you a specific time- he works 14 hours a day! Do you want good service at a fair price? Be available, answer the phone because he’ll call when he’s on the way, and listen to his advice. He looks after our family and I’m happy to recommend him to everyone! He is the real deal.

Would give no stars if possible. Reception had one lovely lady (the one star is for her) and another who was extremely rude and condescending. Booked in and was not able to be given an eta for arrival (because they don’t do that) and then had him no show. Called reception who gave me Jim’s number to ask what had happened. Spoke to Jim directly and felt very undermine with him referring to me as “sweetheart” He said he wouldn’t be attending and could attend on the weekend. He also never showed up to this. Overall, go anywhere else for repairs.

Our new 7 month old washing machine died. I phoned the manufacturer and I was told it needed parts and it would be 2 weeks before they wouldbe in stock. Not impressed. After 2 weeksI phoned their Newcastle agent Hunter Valley Whitegoods. They were helpful and understanding of my predicament and said unfortunately the parts have not arrived. They contacted the washing machine on my behalf a number of times and almost another 2 weeks later the part arrived. My thanks to the team at Hunter Valley Whitegoods for their efforts that went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them.

Quite expensive the first time we had someone come but he fixed the issue. The second time when I called up to see when they might be coming to fix the machine on the day it had been booked in for, the admin person was quite rude - said she couldn't see me booked in for that day and there was no way to even get a rough estimate of the time the repairer would be coming, he'd just call 15 mins beforehand. Decided to go with Newcastle Appliance Repairs instead - was given instructions over the phone on how to fix the issue ourselves.
