Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was prompt and professional, and Edward was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough while repairing our stove/ovens. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair within an hour. Edward took the time to clearly explain the problem and also helped us locate the parts needed for the burners, which saved us an additional service call and extra expense. We really appreciated his efficiency, honesty, and willingness to help. Very reliable service, and we would not hesitate to contact them again for any future appliance repairs. Highly recommend!

Our Bosch microwave stopped working, and we originally tried fixing it ourselves but had no luck. We then called another local repair company, but their technician had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Replacing the entire unit was going to be way too expensive, so we gave Appliance EMT a call—and I'm so glad we did. The technician, Edward, was fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing, was incredibly professional, and got the microwave fixed and running like new in no time.

Not usually one to post negative reviews but I spoke to a representative on the phone and still disagree with the pricing. I was told the $97 service fee would be waived with repair. The repair I had on my washer took about 30 minutes and was tightening a bolt on the bottom of the washer. The company charged $194. Perhaps I am out of touch, but with absolutely zero parts required for the repair sincerely thought this was a mistake. Lots of other reviews talked about the reasonable pricing. Not sure if I hit an off day or had some other technician who overcharged. Disappointed.
