I came across the ad promotion for High Valley Roofing on Facebook. I clicked on the Ad, filled in the information requested. I was promptly contacted by the project manager, Ryan K. During the in person roof inspection Ryan was very personable, explaining what repairs were needed, cost and steps to get the project completed. An agreement was made, the materials were delivered one day and the roof was completed the next. Ryan was there from start to finish. I will recommend High Valley Roofing to anyone I know that needs roof repair.

On installation day, Ryan was on-site the entire day overseeing the job, answering questions, and making sure everything was taken care of as it should be. HVR did a re-roof for us for a home resale, on a 2500 sq ft 4 bedroom house. They did it within a week of the estimate, to meet closing time constraints, during the one day of good weather we had that week. The price was the lowest of 5 estimates, without any sacrifice of quality of materials or workmanship. Cleanup was meticulous, and communication and customer service exemplary. Would not hesitate to use their company again. Thanks John and Ryan, you guys are awesome!

I had a hail damaged roof from a storm incurred in late June of this year. I did quite a bit of research on local roofing companies as I absolutely was not going to even entertain the deluge of roofing door knockers. After thoroughly vetting High Valley Roofing, I gave them a call and talked to John, the owner of the company. We had a great conversation about the roof and he set up a meeting with his representative, Aaron. Aaron came to the house and completed a thorough inspection of the roof. I indeed needed a new roof, gutters, a chimney cap and some ancillary repairs. I want to say that I’ve never met a more professional and knowledgeable contractor concerning home repairs. Aaron listened to my needs and answered all of my questions. He handled all communications with my insurance company and kept me apprised of all the details during the entire process of repairing my home. I couldn’t ask for a more professional and conscientious experience with this contractor. I highly recommend them!
