De trainers zijn zeer professioneel en leggen alle technieken duidelijk en geduldig uit. Ze nemen de tijd voor iedereen en zorgen ervoor dat je echt begrijpt wat je doet. De sfeer binnen de gym is top: iedereen motiveert elkaar en wil elkaar beter maken, ongeacht niveau. Het is een fijne en veilige omgeving waar respect centraal staat. Deze gym is geschikt voor zowel jong als oud. Absoluut een aanrader!

The facilities are top-notch with ample space, showers, and easy parking, making it convenient for regular sessions. I've been training here consistently and highly recommend it for anyone serious about BJJ self-defense and technique.
Professional gym with state-of-the-art mat space, including a caged fence. High-quality BJJ training with hard rolls, a spacious mat area and a friendly, welcoming team. Very travel-friendly for visiting BJJ practitioners (close to Schiphol). Excellent instructors with well-deserved belts, strong competition backgrounds, and questionable humor. ;)
