I asked for a quote on replacing my HVAC system and until that appt could be scheduled, Josh Goldkamp suggested that I have a tech come out to diagnose an issue I was having. Jimmy was the tech who came and he couldn’t have been more informative, respectful and patient with my endless questions in my attempt to understand how things worked! He thoroughly checked things out and assured me that things checked out but if any issue were to arise to call back ; going as far as letting me know he was the weekend emergency technician and would be available to offer assistance. He was a kind, respectful young man who knew his stuff and was willing to educate me. He is quite an asset to the company! When I had my appt. with Josh Goldkamp, he was very efficient, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had about a new HVAC system. I don’t feel he tried to upsell me, instead honestly telling me what would be the best for my situation . These two gentleman are shining examples of why Goldkamp Heating & Cooling repeatedly come highly recommended by customers.Ive used two different companies in the past but once I switched to Goldkamp 7 years ago there was no turning back.
****** a year later and had my HVAC system serviced for the winter . John (the technician I’ve had for years for bi annual maintenance) came out and as always was friendly, worked efficiently and assured me that my system was in great working order. I completely trust Goldkamp Heating and Cooling.

The diagnosis was terrifying: a dead compressor fan. But the repair took under 30 minutes! Nothing runs like a Trane - and ours is back chugging down the track.
Always communicate throughout the process and if they need to come back to complete the inspection due to weather restrictions they schedule the come back call before they leave. Also very personable technicians.

I have been a customer with Goldkamp for over 5 years. They replaced my HVAC system. They were awesome even working to find financing that worked with my budget.
I am enrolled in a program where the technician comes early Spring and fall to check and fix any concerns with my system.
