The work was done carefully and efficiently. While we are completely pleased with the windows, we were especially impressed with the worker who installed them. Friendly, polite, careful of his surroundings. He was terrific!
These guys are FANTASTIC! They came out to look at windows for a house we were in process of purchasing and gave a very fare quote, were really friendly, and then did a stellar job on the install. Highly recommend.
Window install went well but definitely was not cheap. Inquired about window film as my original had some. Didn’t hear back for weeks on that then got a high estimate. Had to change from 5* to 2* they rather have a customer walk over 75$ disagreement after spending 1300$. 👎

Hello Dave, I apologize that you were unhappy with the service we provided. My office staff said that they originally quoted you $550 to film several windows, you came back with an offer of $400, at which time our estimator told you they could go down to $475. You decided you did not want to proceed. I feel that we did try to work with you by reducing the original price by $75.
That being said, I am sorry that the estimate took longer than it should have and I hope you will give us another chance in the future if you have any glass issues. My name is Emily, you can ask for me and I will make sure you are taken care of.

Friendly, professional, and true to their word — they said what they'd do and did exactly that. Glass Magnum replaced a dozen windows of various types with broken seals, all in place and perfectly matched to the originals. It saved us a lot of time, money, and disruption. Highly recommend.

Thank you Jason! You were a pleasure to work with!
This company was fast and responsive. I tried to get more than 1 quote for a glass replacement for my patio slider and other companies did not answer their phone and did not return my call in a timely manner. I had a rep come out from that company to measure and they never sent the quote. Glass Magnum answered every call, gave me a rough estimate via email and an official quote after measuring. Their rep showed up on time and did the work efficiently. Every step with Glass Magnum was easy. If you need glass repair I highly recommend!.

Thank you Brandi for being such a valuable customer!! We appreciate your business.
We are preparing to sell my Mom's house after her passing and just as we were nearing the end of the process, we found one of her windows was cracked. I looked around and found Glass Magnum was local to us and had a spectacular rating -- which I now know to be well earned. The work was perfect, but the attitude of everyone I dealt with at the company was even better. I would use them again, and recommend them, without hesitation.
They were great! They showed me what to the problem was, but didn’t have to fix anything and they didn’t charge me. I will go to them again and recommend them to others!
Every step from measurement to installation were very professional and the new window looks great!
The guys were fabulous. They came did there work and left. Cleaned up after themselves and washed the window.
High quality glass repair. My windows and shower doors were scratched and they made it all disappear. Also removed all the hard water stains. Great company and great results.
Very honest and professional company!
Easy to communicate with, they gave me options and stand by their work! Overall Great experience!
